The Coral Reefers 5K Swim along the Brighton and Hove Shoreline

On Saturday 16th September, the Coral Reefers, a group of local Brighton and Hove women drawn together by a love of the sea, swam 5K along the Brighton and Hove Shoreline to help raise money for Speak Out.

Chickenfest 2023

We had a very exciting day during one of our drop-in sessions at the Brighthelm centre recently, where we were visited by Chicken Mark and his family of therapy chickens and ducklings.
