In 2011 the following events took place
The ‘Making Choices’ Project is launched with 3 year funding from the Volunteer Fund (HSCVF) to recruit and train volunteer advocates to support people with issues around ‘personalisation’
Cooking together project and food advocacy projects are set up
Speak Out gets involved with Giving Us a Voice a project for people with learning disabilities from black and ethnic minority groups
More volunteers are recruited and trained
Events – AGM, picnic at Emmaus, Making Choices event, Art workshop
