Welcome to our drop-in information page.
We run 3 welcoming drop-in sessions at different places in Brighton and Hove, where you can come along to:
- Meet people, have a chat and a cuppa
- Get 1-1 advocacy support if you have a problem
- Get information about things to do and where else to go for support

Speak Out Central at the Brighthelm Centre main auditorium:
Tuesday Drop-In 2pm - 5pm* weekly
Speak Out East at St Georges Church, Kemptown:
Thursday Drop-In 11am - 1pm weekly
Speak Out West: Hove Methodist Church, Hove, BN3 5DR
Thursday Drop-In 10:30am - 11:30am weekly, during term time only
If you would like, you can also join us for the Lunch Club at the Hove Methodist Church, which runs after the drop-in, from 11:30am - 1:30pm. It costs £4 per person.
1-1 Advocacy
At our Drop-ins, people can meet our 1-1 Drop-in advocate in private. They can support people to deal with a problem.
They can support people:
- Understanding information
- Making calls
- Sending emails
- Talking about their options, if they need to make a decision
- Linking to other services
- Representing their views
- Build self-confidence and self-advocacy skills
